Meet Nicole

Nicole Schaffer was one of Art's students in the Western Washington University orchestra. She is a fine flute player, but the relevant part is that she is also a sailor! Nicole has lived on a sailboat with her family in San Diego and in Mexico, and she was on the sailing team at WWU. We were fortunate to have her on board as crew from Seattle to San Diego; she is savvy, hardy, and good company--the sailor's trifecta!
